Questions
Guests are kindly asked to arrive at Koishikawa Korakuen Garden by 3:30 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM and we wouldn't want you to miss a moment.
Yes! The ceremony will be held outdoors within the historic grounds of Koishikawa Korakuen Garden. Late March in Tokyo is typically mild and beautiful — cherry blossom season is right around the corner. We recommend a light layer for the garden just in case. The reception follows indoors at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
Yes — a full dinner with champagne, wine, and cocktails will be served at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Dancing will continue well into the evening. Please note any dietary requirements on your RSVP.
Our ceremony will be completely unplugged. We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and devices be put away — no photos or videos during the ceremony, please. We have an incredible photographer documenting every moment of the day, and we promise to share everything with you. This way you can be fully present with us. Take it all in. We only get to do this once.
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a great excuse for a night (or week!) off. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! Traveling to Japan requires a valid passport. Make sure yours is valid for at least six months past our wedding date (September 25, 2027 or later). If you need to renew, we recommend starting the process early.
Yes — a shuttle will run between Koishikawa Korakuen Garden and the Grand Hyatt Tokyo following the ceremony. Full timing and pickup details will be shared closer to the date. Taxis and rideshares are also widely available throughout Tokyo.
We recommend staying near Roppongi, Nishiazabu, or Azabu-Juban for the easiest access to both venues. A curated accommodation guide — along with any group room block details — will be included with your formal invitation.
Yes! We're planning a welcome brunch and a few other gatherings throughout the week leading up to the wedding. More details will be shared as we finalize plans — stay tuned.
We ask all guests to wear formal, all-black attire (white dress shirts for men are fine). For women, floor-length dresses are preferred. For men, suits and tuxedos — no jeans, please. No patterns, prints, or logos. We want everyone looking sharp and cohesive.
Kindly RSVP by February 1st, 2027. This helps us finalize seating, dining preferences, and transportation. Please reach out directly if you need to make any changes after that date.
Your presence in Tokyo is truly the greatest gift. For those who wish to celebrate further, we'd love contributions toward our honeymoon travel fund. Details will be shared with the formal invitation.
